The third quarter of 2025 was a time of deepening connections within the Global Women’s Peace Network (GWPN), centered on the powerful theme of peace. From marching in parades and celebrating diverse cultures, to raising vital funds for education and honoring women of impact, each month overflowed with meaningful encounters and heartfelt efforts to uplift others.

Thanks to your generous contributions, a total of 21 HerTribe meetups occurred between July and September, serving and empowering 246 women. Read below for some of the inspiring highlights from this past quarter, and check out our slideshow video of gatherings this quarter 

During the month of August, we held our annual National Schools of Africa Fundraiser with a goal of $15,000. Thanks to your incredible generosity, we raised over $20,000.

WFWP Oregon celebrated the International Day of Peace on September 21, 2025, at the Portland Family Church in West Linn, in collaboration with the Baha’i community.

This month, the Family Church of CT hosted another heartwarming Intergenerational Service, celebrating the theme “Unity within Diversity” with a special focus on honoring our grandparents.

This year, WFWP participated as a partner, setting up a table to showcase the organization’s vision, share information about the Her Tribe group meetings in the New Jersey chapter, and invite visitors to explore their website.

The Bridge of Peace event was a resounding success, leaving participants inspired and uplifted. Reflections collected afterward expressed strong appreciation for both the content and the atmosphere.

The Future Forward D.C.: Leadership & Global Impact Summit brought together policymakers, diplomats, technologists, innovators, and peacebuilders for a groundbreaking day of dialogue and action under the theme “Driving Leadership, Innovation & Global Impact.”

On September 27, 2025, the Women’s Federation for World Peace (WFWP) Hawaiʻi Chapter, in partnership with the Universal Peace Federation (UPF), hosted a vibrant celebration of the International World Day of Peace at the Hawaiian Mission Academy Ka Lama Iki in Honolulu.

For over two decades, WFWP Japan has been empowering teachers in Belize with character education training that brings values and virtues into classrooms. Discover how this initiative is shaping educators and students alike.

On September 13, the Women’s Federation for World Peace (WFWP) New Jersey chapter hosted Passport to Peace: Culture, Connection, Community at the Bloomfield Civic Center in celebration of the International Day of Peace.

On September 20, our Self-Care Isn’t Selfish community gathered for another inspiring evening. MC Kendra Stein began the program by introducing our core group of coaches, trained by Hilde Wiemann, Generational Healing, and also active members of WFWP.

On September 21, the Bridge of Peace Ceremony was successfully held and brought together members of the community in an atmosphere of warmth, joy, and unity.

On September 6, the Dallas-Fort Worth chapter of the Women’s Federation for World Peace (WFWP) hosted the Awaken Retreat—a one-day program designed to uplift, empower, and connect women.
