Titled "Celebrating Leadership, Purpose, and Peace: Leading with Purpose, Building a Legacy," the program highlighted Kristine's multifaceted impact across the region. As Founder and CEO of Legacy Collective Capital, Vice President for Membership at the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce, Board Director of Finance for Las Damas de Rizal, Voting Board Member of the Chandler International Film Festival, and co-host of the Fortis Femina podcast, Kristine embodies what it means to lead with both competence and heart.
The room resounded with gratitude as a lineup of community leaders and presidents of Arizona’s Filipino-American organizations stepped forward to offer tributes. Speakers—including Richelle Caubang, Luan Mai, Aice Giddings, Jhen Facto, Betty Ramirez, Coco Gonzalez, Dr. Pam Zapanta, and Edward Lago—shared inspiring stories of working alongside Kristine on cultural, economic, and civic initiatives.
Yet, the emotional pinnacle of the afternoon belonged to her family. Her husband, Daniel Bartolome, together with their three articulate children, took the floor to read personal letters of appreciation, painting a vivid picture of a mother whose greatest legacy begins right at home. In a touching moment of warmth, her youngest son, Derek, offered the opening prayer before the meal.
Throughout the event, organizers highlighted WFWP founder Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon’s vision and philosophy—the "Logic of Love"—which teaches that lasting peace and true leadership stem from a heart of service, interdependence, and dedication to uplifting others. As Kristine accepted her HerStory Award certificate, attendees were left rejuvenated and inspired, equipped with a renewed commitment to plant seeds of hope, kindness, and peace within their own families and neighborhoods.
