WFWP-HI participated in the National Parents’ Day celebration on Sunday, July 25, 2026, at Ka Lama Iki–Hawaiian Mission Academy School from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

On July 11, 2026, WFWP-HI members joined the AMVETS Ladies Auxiliary-HI 0001 for its 1st Annual Volunteer Recognition Luncheon at the Kapilina Community Center.

In the spirit of recognizing those who quietly transform lives through acts of compassion, WFWP Hackensack proudly honored Daisy Joya of Ridgefield Park for her unwavering dedication to serving the people of her hometown of Lolotiquillo, El Salvador.

This year marked our second year participating in the Community Fourth of July Parade, making it another meaningful opportunity to engage with our local community and share our vision of building peace.

On  April 25, 2026 Women Federation for World Peace USA held its second HerStory Award Event of the year. Graciously hosted by Adia Lancaster, GWPN Marketing Manager. Dr. Isabelle Vladoiu, Tenile Zayas, Minister Fannie Smith and Loretta White were honored for living their passion and in doing so changing the lives of those they came across.

After more than three decades of dedicated leadership, WFWP Canada marked a historic milestone with the retirement of its founding president, Mrs. Lilly Tadin, and the inauguration of Mrs. Yulia Tarasova as the organization's new national president. This heartfelt celebration honored a remarkable legacy while embracing an inspiring new chapter for WFWP Canada.

From April through June 2026, the Women’s Federation for World Peace (WFWP) advanced its mission of cultivating peace through service, leadership development, interfaith collaboration, and personal growth initiatives across the United States and internationally.

Thanks to your continued support, WFWP has recently provided funding to Schools of Africa projects in Kenya, Liberia, Mozambique, and Rwanda, helping strengthen education and empower women and communities.

The second quarter of 2026 saw renewed opportunities for connection, with small and large gatherings “springing up” around the country, reflecting the warm and bustling season of spring.

During the month of May, our family participated in several meaningful gatherings across Colorado centered on faith, fellowship, and community service.

WFWP's June Zoom Interreligious Sharing program brought together faith leaders and representatives from the Bahá'í Faith, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the United Methodist Church, and Peace Starts with Me for an evening of meaningful dialogue and mutual learning.

For the month of June, WFWP Washington, DC leaders participated in two meaningful events that strengthened partnerships, recognized community leadership, and advanced the values of peace and women's empowerment.

On June 20, 2026, eleven members of the AMVETS Ladies Auxiliary gathered at the Kapilina Community Center from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. for their monthly meeting and July 4th Veterans Gift Bag and Card-Making Project

On the occasion of the International Day of Families, a special event was held on June 7 at South Alabama Family Church. Although the observance is traditionally celebrated in May, scheduling conflicts made a June gathering necessary. The event also marked the first official launch of the Peace Starts With Me (PSWM) Alliance in Mobile.

The first 1-day Awaken Women’s Retreat in Massachusetts was held in Shrewsbury on Sunday, May 17th. Twenty-two women (and three male support staff) spent the day together at the Worcester Family Church meeting hall.
