2025 GWPN Quarterly Impact Report (Q3: July - September)
The third quarter of 2025 was a time of deepening connections within the Global Women’s Peace Network (GWPN), centered on the powerful theme of peace. From marching in parades and celebrating diverse cultures, to raising vital funds for education and honoring women of impact, each month overflowed with meaningful encounters and heartfelt efforts to uplift others.

2025 Global Giving | Q3 Schools of Africa Fundraiser Report: Goal Surpassed & Dreams Realized!
During the month of August, we held our annual National Schools of Africa Fundraiser with a goal of $15,000. Thanks to your incredible generosity, we raised over $20,000.
Passport to Peace: Culture, Connection, Community
On September 13, the Women’s Federation for World Peace (WFWP) New Jersey chapter hosted Passport to Peace: Culture, Connection, Community at the Bloomfield Civic Center in celebration of the International Day of Peace.
Planting Seeds of Creativity and Peace in Cambodia
This summer, a beautiful collaboration between WFWP Cambodia and WFWP New Jersey brought moments of joy, discovery, and reflection to children in Kampong Speu and Kratie.

Cambodia Project Update: Hands-on Learning in Kampong Speu & Kratie
What do scissors, glue, and a simple picture have in common? In rural Cambodia, they’re tools for transformation. This spring, WFWP Cambodia visited Kampong Speu and Kratie, where children folded paper into New Year cards and turned quiet images into imaginative stories. With support from WFWP New Jersey, even the smallest activities are building confidence, creativity, and brighter futures.
Update from the Cambodia Project: Nurturing Creativity in Takeo
Since 2015, the WFWP New Jersey Chapter has partnered with generous donors to support students in Cambodia through the Cambodia Project. On March 30, 2025, WFWP Cambodia brought creative writing and art workshops to 73 children in Takeo Province — many experiencing imaginative learning for the first time. The result? Newfound confidence, joy, and connection across borders.
GWPN Quarterly Impact Report (January – March 2025)
The first quarter of 2025 was a powerful launchpad for the Global Women’s Peace Network (GWPN) as we boldly lifted the theme:
“The Feminine Edge: Why Women’s Leadership Matters.” Thanks to the passion and dedication of WFWP leaders and partners, 20 vibrant events were hosted, co-sponsored, or attended by WFWP chapters, reaching 288 women, with 42% attending for the very first time!
HerTribe Quarterly Impact Report (January – March 2025)
In the first quarter of 2025, HerTribe gatherings across the nation united women in deep reflection, meaningful conversations, and creative activities. With 26 HerTribes hosting 250 women, including many newcomers, these gatherings fostered trust, sisterhood, and personal growth.
WFWP New Jersey Hosts Festive and Impactful Holiday Party
On a cheerful December afternoon, the WFWP New Jersey chapter gathered to celebrate the season and a year of meaningful achievements at their annual holiday party. With 30 attendees, the event was a wonderful mix of reflection, fun, and festivity that left everyone inspired and uplifted.
BINGO FUNDRAISER
The WFWP Girls hosted a bingo fundraiser on October 19, 2024, to raise money for relief efforts following the devastating hurricanes that hit the southern states.
Inspiring Journey of Hope in New Jersey
On September 21, WFWP New Jersey held a meaningful event titled “Tea with Intention” at the Allwood Branch Library in Clifton, NJ. We were honored to welcome Kiana Wooten, a breast cancer survivor and Angel Advocate for the Tigerlily Foundation, who shared her powerful personal journey with breast cancer. Earlier this year, Kiana was also recognized with the HerStory Award from WFWP.
