In a world where hunger and undernutrition continue to rob children and mothers of their potential, grassroots action has become more critical than ever. The Women’s Federation for World Peace (WFWP) Pennsylvania has taken a bold and compassionate step to meet this challenge through its international outreach initiative in Cotta, Lucena City, Philippines.

Earlier this June, the WFWP Latino Chapter, in collaboration with the Maryland and Washington, DC Chapters, successfully hosted a benefit event in support of The Gambia Project—an initiative that honors nearly 30 years of service and development work led by longtime WFWP member Beverly Berndt.

Organized around the vision that "niu is a relationship rooted in community and aloha ʻāina," the day began with a group prayer and an introduction to Hawaiian cultural traditions, focusing on the significance of coconuts.

On May 10th, the Ohio chapter of the Women’s Federation for World Peace (WFWP) celebrated Mother’s Day with heartfelt joy and reflection.

As part of the Mother’s Day Sunday service, WFWP Virginia hosted a meaningful activity inspired by the Women’s Federation for World Peace’s Pearls of Wisdom for Mothers initiative, which was successfully integrated into the program.

Mothers were invited to share their life lessons by writing "Pearls of Wisdom" on colorful note papers, which were then displayed on a clothesline for all to enjoy.

The event was a heartfelt celebration of Mother's Day, centered on honoring the divine feminine and the vital role of mothers in families and communities. Organized as a collaboration between Heavenly Couples in Ministry (HCIM) and Women’s Federation for World Peace (WFWP) Virginia, the meeting brought together participants from various regions in a spirit of love, unity, and spiritual reflection.
