On September 20, our Self-Care Isn’t Selfish community gathered for another inspiring evening. MC Kendra Stein began the program by introducing our core group of coaches, trained by Hilde Wiemann, Generational Healing, and also active members of WFWP.

On June 21, Betty Blanc, a licensed marriage and family therapist, delivered a powerful and insightful presentation on “How To Be A Good Listener In Any Relationship.”

Participants were deeply moved and inspired during a recent presentation by Shawna Kempf, who shared powerful insights from The Conscious Parent: Transforming Ourselves, Empowering Our Children by Dr. Shefali Tsabary.

On September 14, the Northern California chapter of WFWP hosted the inspiring Awaken Retreat, uniting women for a day of rejuvenation, reflection, and sisterhood at the Bay Area Family venue. The space was transformed into a warm haven, complete with lovely decorations, gift bags of homemade treats, and delicious food, setting a positive tone for meaningful connections.
