AMVETS Ladies Auxiliary Coffee & Conversation

Doris Edwards, Yuriko Harding, and Donna Shaver, representing WFWP-HI, attended the AMVETS Ladies Auxiliary "Coffee and Conversation" event on October 10, 2025, in observance of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

During the event, attendees created breast cancer awareness posters for distribution at various physicians' offices and throughout the Akaka Veterans Clinic. Visitors to the booth were also invited to participate by designing additional posters in support of breast cancer awareness.

This community service initiative promotes collaboration between the WFWP-HI chapter and other organizations, fostering opportunities to engage with and contribute to the local community.
