Finding your own rhythm
It can be so easy to lose ourselves in the chatter that surrounds us each day. How do we sort it all out; find what truly resonates with us? How can we fit into the meaningful conversations and make sure our voice is heard?
My answer to many of life’s questions is drumming! Join me in a fun-filled drum circle where you can come together in shared rhythm (conversation) learning how valuable each voice is to the circle – including yours! Did I mention that it’s just plain FUN too?
You don’t need prior experience. It’s OK if you think you’re rhythmless. All you need to bring to the circle is an open mind, an open heart, and a playful spirit. I’ll take care of the rest.
