Mumtaz Cooper
Mumtaz “Taji” Cooper is a student leader and advocate focused on education reform and community development. She is the founder of Pencils Not Prisons, an initiative dedicated to promoting educational opportunity and addressing systemic barriers that impact underserved communities.
Through her work in youth leadership, policy advocacy, and community organizing, Taji is committed to advancing solutions that expand access to education and empower the next generation of leaders.
