Amb. Dr. Dior Fall

Ambassador Didi Fall is a globally recognized leader whose impact spans continents. As President and Founder of 1000 Shades of Women International, a Global Goodwill Ambassador for the International Human Rights Commission, and Vice President of Diaspora Pan African Action, she has dedicated her life to empowering women, youth, and marginalized communities. She is a recipient of President Joe Biden’s Lifetime Achievement Award, a two-time Honoris Causa honoree, and serves as a Global Peace Ambassador for Africa.

Through 1000 Shades of Women, Ambassador Fall creates pathways for women to access education, promotes STEM learning for young mothers, and supports young people facing stigmatization from violence. She champions economic empowerment, entrepreneurship, and financial independence, while uplifting moral values and opportunities for the transgender community.

Her commitment to sustainable development and leadership is matched by her recognition of those who serve society. Inspired by her father, a dedicated police officer in Senegal, she continues his legacy of service and community impact.

In December 2023, Ambassador Fall launched a new initiative honoring law enforcement officers and first responders worldwide. The event in Newark, New Jersey, celebrated modern-day heroes and included recognition of individuals awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award from the White House for over 4,000 hours of volunteer service. Through this initiative, she establishes a lasting footprint of excellence, ensuring that her father’s legacy and her own continue to inspire generations.
