Carol Witt is a passionate visionary and master connector, serving as the Founder and Director of Y.E.A. Global (Young Entrepreneurs Alliance)—a worldwide platform empowering youth, entrepreneurs, and communities. With students in 76 countries, including 44 across Africa, she has built a global network that inspires leaders to rise, businesses to grow, and communities to thrive.

Recognized as Alignable’s Business Person of the Year in St. Petersburg, Florida (2024 & 2025) and ranked among the Top 50 nationally, Carol is celebrated for fostering collaboration, innovation, and cross-cultural connections.
