FREE Introductory Sessions
Friday, May 29th and Sunday, June 7th
This program is for women of all ages. A conversation about health, energy, stress, daily rhythms, nourishment, emotional wellbeing, and creating a healthier life after 50, 60, and beyond. Being in our 70s, we can now see how important it is to share some of the insight we gained with others and give them earlier knowledge and motivation to improve their daily habits.
In this free introductory session, we will explore:
hydration and healthy oils
inflammation and energy
stress and the nervous system
self-care and emotional wellbeing
simple healthy meals
healthy routines and rhythms
creating a healthier mindset for the years ahead
